We handle small scope changes within the project. For significant additions, we agree a change order with a clear price before proceeding. Nothing is done without your approval.
No. We typically split payments: 40% to start, 40% at midpoint delivery, and 20% on final delivery. For larger projects, we can discuss milestone-based payment schedules.
Everything. Full source code, full IP transfer. No ongoing licence fees, no vendor lock-in. You can host it yourself or we can manage hosting for you.
All projects include a support period (30–90 days depending on tier) where we fix any bugs at no charge. After that, maintenance plans are available.
