Jonathan has been building businesses since the age of sixteen. Over the following decade, he founded and scaled multiple companies across technology, marketing, and software.
As those businesses grew, a pattern emerged: spreadsheets, manual administration, and disconnected systems became the single biggest obstacle to scaling. Not market conditions. Not talent. Operational infrastructure.
Instead of accepting that reality, Jonathan began designing automations and custom software to solve these operational challenges within his own businesses. The first system he built saved over twenty hours per week.
Those internal systems eventually evolved into AutomationBakery — a consultancy built on a simple premise: growing businesses deserve the same operational infrastructure as large enterprises, without the enterprise price tag or the enterprise timeline.
Jonathan is a founding partner of Takova, a multilingual marketplace built for the Bulgarian market. Every AutomationBakery project is personally overseen by Jonathan, from workflow mapping to delivery.

We limit active projects to maintain quality. If we cannot take on your project immediately, we will tell you clearly and give you a realistic start date.

You have direct access to Jonathan throughout. Regular updates, clear milestones and no intermediaries.
What happens at handover?
Full documentation, source code and team training are included. We stay close during the first weeks after launch to ensure smooth adoption.
What support is available after launch?
A post-launch support period is included in every project. Optional maintenance plans are available for ongoing evolution.
What are the ongoing costs?
No mandatory AutomationBakery licence fees. Hosting and third-party services may have their own ongoing costs.
